Everybody has an heart place, which only thinking about it makes you happy. For Agnes and Niklas, young and in love Swedish couple, their “heart-place” is Liguria, precisely Alassio’s coast, where they are using to spent the summer holiday. They decided to marry in Alassio, surrounded by Mediterranean sea’s flavors and colors.
For us this is one of the last Destionation Wedding which we take photos, in-fact many couple choose Italy and our studio for their wedding dream. Agnes and Niklas choosed us for their wedding, thanks to another of our couples, coming from North Europe too: Annabel and Petter who planned an amazing country-chic wedding, celebrated in June 2018 at Relais Ciavatta, an unique location in Saturnia: reading the Article that Vogue wrote about the couple, Agnes and Niklas choose us for their special day.
At the beginning meetings were only virtual, because of we live in opposite places of Europe, then before the wedding, we met each other in Alassio to plan the last details.
September 13th, bride and groom, families and friends woke up in Alassio during a sunny day. When we arrived they were getting ready. Niklas and his friends choosed Trattoria “I Mattetti”, to have lunch and relax before the wedding. Agnes and her friends indeed choosed to spent the getting ready moment in the wedding location “I Limoni Manor”, an amazing location in Alassio’s outback. The bride, gorgeous in her Ivory & Grace wedding drees, did her make up. Also the groom and his friends moved to the location for the last details.
Then all guests came in a typical Ligurian Manor’s terracing surrounded by olive trees and the Mediterranean smell. Bride and Groom, in love with Italy, wanted that their wedding taste of Mediterranean Sea, So they choosed lemons: Limoni Manor, the big lemon’s chest at the Manor’s entrance, the toast with “Limoncello” and “Spumante” that the couple did whit the guests after the ceremony while was standing up in a delicate and intimate environment.
After the party moved to the gorgeous Grand Hotel Alassio’s rooms. Here the guest had an aperitif at the sunset while couple came with us at the beach for the shooting. Done the shooting, dinner began. Now the party could start, a dance party with music and props to celebrate the wedding of this two guys, coming from far away to start in the better way this new chapter of their life togheter.
